Kate began studying classical dance at a young age before turning her focus to contemporary theatre. While at New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts Experimental Theatre Wing, she began working with the paris based company SideOne Posthume Theatre under the direction of Pascal Rambert and the brooklyn based company GAleGAtes et al. under the direction of Michael Counts. Over the years she has continued working with both directors on various projects; as well as around the world with such notable artists as Thierry Deperitti, Jan Fabre, Yves-Noel Genod, Oriza Hirata, Christophe Honore, Bob McGrath, Gilles Paquet-Brenner, among others. Upcoming projects include the world tour of Robert Wilson and Philip Glass’ iconic Einstein on the Beach, the release of Peter Greenaway’s latest film Goltzius and the Pelican Company, Claude Schmidt’s production of Tippi Hedren, an original piece based on Hitchcock’s The Birds, and Yann Gonzalez’ first feature film, Les rencontres d’apres minuit. She has recently been naturalized and holds a dual citizenship between France and the U.S. She divides her time between the two.

Kate étudie très jeune la danse classique avant de se tourner vers le théâtre contemporain. Tout en fréquentant les cours de la New York University’s Experimental Theatre Wing, elle rejoint la compagnie parisienne SideOne Posthume Theatre dirigée par Pascal Rambert, puis la compagnie new-yorkaise GAle GAtes et al. dirigée par Michael Counts. Elle a depuis participé à de nombreux spectacles de ces deux metteurs en scène. Par ailleurs, Kate a travaillé avec des artistes aussi reconnus que Thierry Deperitti, Jan Fabre, Yves-Noel Genod, Oriza Hirata, Christophe Honoré, Bob McGrath, Gilles Paquet-Brenner. Parmi ses projets, la tournée mondiale du mythique Einstein on the Beach de Robert Wilson et Philip Glass, la sortie du nouveau film de Peter Greenaway, Goltzius and the Pelican Company, la pièce de Claude Schmidt, Tippi Hedren, inspirée des Oiseaux d’Hitchcock, ainsi que le premier long métrage de Yann Gonzalez, Les Rencontres d’après minuit. Récemment, Kate a été naturalisée Française et possède la double nationalité qui lui permet de partager son temps entre New York et Paris.
